Perishable Items:
Due to the nature of the products, perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and other fresh goods are non-returnable. Once these items are delivered, they cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Perishable Items:
You may return non-perishable items such as packaged goods, canned food, and household items within few days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
The product is unopened and in saleable condition.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at or call us at within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item Back: Once you have received the return instructions, securely package the item and ship it back to us. The return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and arrange for either a replacement or a refund, depending on the product’s availability.
Please provide the following details:
Order number.
A description of the damage or defect.
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:
Non-perishable items: Refunds will be processed within few business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Perishable items: Refunds will not be issued unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Refunds may take some business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order. For any issues with the product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
You can cancel an order only before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
